I received a partially shipped email?
If you receive an emailing with a subject of partially shipped order, please wait 1 to 2 business days.  If you don't see the order marked completely shipped by then, than most likely those items are missing due to inventory error.  Please email us back and let us know if you want a refund, replacement item, or store credit towards your next order.

Hat sizing chart?

Below is a chart that will help you decide on your current fit.  The chart is only meant as an approximation and we can not guarantee the actual size of the hat.  If your hat doesn't fit, you may send it back for a full refund.  Just send it back to the return address and attach a note with your order details.

Average email response time?
Our response time is based on volume of messages, to limit the messages and increase responses time, please keep your message short and brief and 1 message at a time. We try to answer all messages in the order they were received as quick as possible, our current average response time is 1-2 business days, thanks for your patience.

Can I combine shipping with eBay and website orders?
At the moment we can't combine eBay orders with website orders.  Website orders will be shipped separate from eBay orders.

Why don't you offer the volume discounts on eBay like you do on your website?

Unfortunately we can not give the same discounts we offer on our website on eBay because of the extra eBay selling fees.  Instead we pass on the savings to our loyal customers who buys from our website instead of paying the extra eBay selling fees.

Where is your telephone number?
In order to provide customers with the lowest prices possible we need to control our operating expenses.  One way we accomplish this goal is through customer service efficiency.  We prefer to answer all questions via email because it is much faster and efficient than telephone questions and orders. As a result we do not take telephone calls at the moment, sorry for any inconvenience.

Do you drop ship?

We can ship to any address you like.  As long as you enter the shipping details to preferred destination.  We do not include any packing slips so your customer won't know what business the package came from, only a return address.
  If you have more than 1 drop ship destination you will have to create a new website order for each destination.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, please click the "Volume Discounts" tab at the top of every screen for more information.

How long before you ship my order?
We ship most orders within 1-3 business day.  We have a quick shipping department and try to get everyone's order out as fast as possible.

How much does it cost to ship within USA?
We have a flat rate shipping of only $4.99 anywhere in the world.  It doesn't matter if you buy only 1 or 100 items at a time, the shipping cost is the same, $4.99.

Does my order come with a tracking number?
All domestic USA have tracking.  International has no tracking unless parcel weight is 8 pounds or more.  You do receive a customs number as reference if your package doesn't arrive within 8 weeks.  Once your order is shipped, it will be automatically uploaded to your order via email and you will also be able to view when logging into your account.

Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?
Yes.  We ship internationally.  We have a very low shipping price of only $4.99 flat rate shipping up to 8 lbs.  Over 8 lbs we ship priority and prices depend on country and total weight of the order.

How long do international orders take to arrive?
International shipping is hard to predict.  Most orders will arrive within 2 - 8 weeks depending on how long the package stays at customs.

What carrier do you use to ship?
We only ship with United States Postal Service at the moment.

Where do you ship from?
We mainly ship from New York.

Do you have the arm pit to arm pit measurements for the t-shirt & jerseys?

Unfortunately we don't add the exact measurements of the shirts at this time to the description of the items.  If you receive the item and it doesn't fit, you may send it back for a full refund.

Do you charge Sales Tax
We only charge sales tax to Washington State residents at the moment.  The Washington State sales tax is 9%.

What is the Return Policy?
100% satisfaction guaranteed.  You may return your purchase any time for what ever reason within 30 days of receiving the item.  The item must be in its original condition.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Bill Me Later.  PayPal also accepts all major credit cards.  If you never used PayPal before, Its easy, just go to www.paypal.com for more details.
